Putnam Chamber Education Foundation

Founded in 1990, the Putnam Chamber Education Foundation (PCEF) is a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organized to improve educational services for Putnam County students and support college scholarships and other educational enhancements for students at higher educational institutions in the state of Florida.

One of the programs provided by the Foundation is Junior Achievement. PCEF totally funds economic education classes for all students in Putnam County area high schools.   Through the years this program has benefitted thousands of Putnam County students.

The scholarship program is targeted to all fields related to business, from the hospitality industry to business and finance. All Putnam County residents pursuing education in a business, business-related, or other entrepreneurial field of study are eligible to apply. 

The scholarships are available to both traditional students right out of high school to the non-traditional student, for example; someone who has been out of high school awhile or works full-time while enrolled part-time.
