TDC Event Grants:

Interested in hosting an event in Putnam County?
The TDC Event Grant program is designed to support initiatives that attract visitors and enhance our community.

To get started, email the Tourism Department at Tourism@chamberpc.com and use the following resources.

• Attend the annual TDC Event Grant Workshop, where event planners can learn more about the TDC, how grant funding works, application tips, marketing best practices, and reimbursement guidelines to help ensure full grant award eligibility. • Request research insights and strategy sessions to strengthen your event and application.
• Check the Events Calendar to see what’s happening around your event date.
• Connect with the Tourism Team early to identify available dates, avoid conflicts, or explore opportunities to collaborate with existing events.
• Submit your TDC Event Grant Application.  TDC Event Grant Guidelines and Applications can be found below.

Applications are reviewed based on the primary deadline listed in the TDC Event Grant Schedule below, so we encourage you to plan ahead. While applications submitted after the main deadline may still be considered, funding is limited and not guaranteed.
